I registered a new domain name and added it as an addon domain a little over an hour ago and Auto SSL still has a little red x next to every variation of the domain on the list. I recall having this problem with another new domain in the past and it resolved itself over time, but is really inconvenient.

I also noticed that the wrong email servers are listed for the email account I just created when I click connect devices. They should be formatted as mail.example.com but instead they are formatted as myip.cprapid.com.

If you login to WHM and click on AutoSSL under the accounts you can manually force run the SSL request again and there you can see the logs why it is failing exactly.

As for the mail servers it's because you didn't se the hostname for the server or it was not resolving yet. You can set your new hostname in WHM under hostname option as well.

HI

You need to wait for the DNS to propagate completely once, DNS propagation complete then try to run auto SSL for that user and see the logs what error are you getting
