Hi,

I've started getting notification emails recently from www.configserver.com that autodiscover.cgi is running and killing memory (see below) - it only seems to happen for accounts where mail is on a remote server. Is this normal?

I know I can suppress the configserver.com messages but that won't stop it happening. Is there anything I can do to prevent it ?

Thanks.

Hello,

I believe the listed processes stem from the following entry in the CageFS change log on 09-20-2017:

CAG-746: made the cPanel Autodiscover script workable for CageFS-enabled users;

Source: LVE Manager and CageFS updated

Could you open a support ticket with CloudLinux so they can take a closer look to determine if the memory usage you are reporting is due to a flaw in this change?

Thank you.
