Hello guys,

I was wondering if someone has found a way to make the third-party tool AutoInstallSSL work with the new Jupiter theme on cPanel. It only works with previous themes like Paper Lantern. I have reached the devs but haven't received a reply yet.

So, has someone found a way to make it work under Jupiter? I have noticed that the problem is that the latest version doesn't get installed in Jupiter's theme directory (and thus returns an error 404), I was thinking about copying it from Paper Lantern's directory to Jupiter's, but I'm not sure if that would work as expected.

Any help with this would be appreciated. Thanks!

PS: I know users can change the theme to Paper Lantern and it will work then, but I'm looking for a way to make it work under the Jupiter theme.

you would need to contact the developers of AutoInstallSSL. they need to update the plugin for the new template

I have encountered that for all of the additional plugins that I personally use.
The solution is quite simple and it is to simply re-install the plugins for the Jupiter theme OR just copy the directory of the plugin from here:

/usr/local/cpanel/base/frontend/paper_lantern/PLUGINS_DIR
to here:
/usr/local/cpanel/base/frontend/jupiter/PLUGINS_DIR

This way, the files of the plugin will be properly loaded and no longer return 404. Your web host should be able to do the copy for you if you find any difficulties in handling that. And if your web host lacks such kind of support, I would recommend switching to a managed host instead which can help you whenever you have similar questions in the future. I'm a web host, and I pride myself on, not knowing everything, but willing to find the answer and help my clients when they need it, like this! I hatee Jupitor, but I'm going to follow your steps to fix it at least. Please add me to your hosts that care about the clients needs at Hosting and Serving for Busineses, Ecommerce & Web Developers. We are certainly not the cheapest, but we can afford at our rates to help the client who needs answers now for their business hosting needs. Thank you for this answer.

Following your folder information, I can find /usr/local/cpanel/base/frontend/paper_lantern but I can not find the plug-in folders, primarily what is needed copied over to jupitor please?
