    Hi,

I've been looking for a couple of hours different scripst offered here, API and API2 and looks none of them has features to create pop accounts or doesn't works with Cpanel 11. I'm missing something?

Need to create 200 accounts and do by hand don't make me too happy. Any idea?

    Thanks
    Jose

    cpanel-email: usage
    addpop <popuser> <password> <quota> <domain>
    passwdpop <popuser> <password> <quota> <domain>
    delpop <popuser> 0 <domain>
    editquota <popuser> <domain> <quota>
    listlists
    addlist <listname> <password> <domain> <rebuildonly>

Also supports quite a few undocumented things. Most of the api1 Email calls will work

Keep in mind the x3 theme is mostly built on top of API1 and API2, so almost anything that can be done via the x3 interface can be done programmatically. I usually look at the source code of the x3 theme when I'm looking for some API functions to do what I need since the documentation is still a work in progress.

You can find the x3 theme on your server at /usr/local/cpanel/base/frontend/x3

The theme code is essentially a series of web pages that have some calls to cPanel APIs in them so following the flow of the code is fairly easy to do.

Remember, you can call API1 and API2 functions from the XML-API. In fact, the example used in our documentation for calling an API1 function is for the automation of creating new pop accounts:
