Is it possible to automate the configuration of a cPanel server with all my configured settings without having to click through WHM and set specific settings?

If the above is not possible would it be possible to do by using existing configuration files?

    Thanks in advance!

Yep, you would simply copy over the configuration files. There's more details on doing this in our new Advanced Installation Guide at:

    http://twiki.cpanel.net/twiki/bin/view/AllDocumentation/InstallationGuide/AdvancedOptions#Pre_Installation_Configuration_o

You can also pre-configure EasyApache prior to installation following the instructions at:

    http://twiki.cpanel.net/twiki/bin/view/AllDocumentation/InstallationGuide/ConfigureApache
