Automated Email accounts configuration on iphones

I was wondering if it would be possible to generate a XML for automate/simplify
the configuration of pop email accounts on iphones.

I was thinking if we could use the same technique MDM systems use.

Just wondering if it would be possible for an independent developer to make something like that and sell it
