I still have a few customers who insist on paying by cash or check. This presents the problem of knowing when to disable their service. Has anyone been able to use cpanel account features to automagicly disable the account when the bill is due? Let's say a customer gets a site and pays for 1 year up front. I would like the account to be automatically be disabled when the year is up and inform the client that it will happen. Thanks so much!

I don't know if there are free scripts out there to do this, but you can certainly do it with the various billing products that you can purchase that integrate with WHM/cPanel,for example: WHMAutopilot, ClientEXEC, Modernbill - though you'd have to check their deature sets.
