    Hello,

I would like to do a automatic backup on my CPanel. As on my version of CPanel does not have options for automatic backup, I found a algorithm to use on the Cron Jobs (/https://www.namecheap.com/support/knowledgebase/article.aspx/915), but the problem is that this algorithm makes a backup of the backups recursively, as the backup is for all the files that are in my CPanel. So, what could I do to call a backup on Cron Jobs that do not make the backup of the backup?

    Thanks in advance

Scheduling backups, for example, all thursday 2 pm make a backup.
And I also want to export it automatic, to another server for example. Because If something happen with my directory (as a malicious part exclude it), the backups will be affected too.

Do you have root access to your server?

My version of CPanel is 11.44.1 (build 23)
I do not see this path
Also, I do not have root access
The algorithm is working well, now I just want to know how can I export my backup

You may want to backup the account locally, and develop a script to transfer it to the remote server via SFTP or SCP manually after the backup generation completes.

    Thank you.
