    Hello,

I have configured automatic backups so cPanel logsin to my FTP and uploads the backup files.

It worked for a few days and then stopped working.

Now, it logs in, and uploads the tar.gz files, but they are all 0 bytes!!!

    Any ideas?
    Thanks,
    Alex

    Ok,

I turn APF on and everything worked OK.

    Anyone know why happens?

I have opened FTP passive mode TCP ports:

    # Common egress (outbound) TCP ports
    #EG_TCP_CPORTS="21,25,80,443,43,35000_50000"

    Thanks,
    Alex

Ok it seems that cPanel will use passive mode, even when you choose not to (in Configure Backups)

    Why? :)
