Automatic cPanel update sets wrong CHMOD for /etc/rndc.key

The latest automatic update of my RELEASE branch cPanel caused a lot of troubles. It looks like it did set wrong CHMOD for the /etc/rndc.key file - owned by root, group named, but readable by ROOT only (i.e. not by group named).

This caused bind to fail to restart because it could not read the file and I got a lot of "named failed" emails.

I guess I will have to setup a DNS cluster soon...
