Automatic folder creation issue

I have an strange issue with cpanel. Even after deleting a folder mydomain.com/confirm-paypal.it , it automatically creates. It seems there is something wrong. I never created this folder. Anyone please help.

cPanel wouldn't be creating this directory. You might check any scripts you have running on your account for something related to this, or hire someone to investigate your account for compromise.

I scanned this account with LMD & tried to find some 777 permissions but failed to find any clue.
Could you tell me few more options to check further ?
