This is included as a new feature with cPanel & WHM version 80 (this version is currently published as a development build in the EDGE release tier):

As far as the automatic removal, that's not supported but I encourage you to vote and add feedback to the feature request below:

Auto-delete Spam Box emails older than x days.

That's a user-submitted workaround so it's unsupported, but you're welcome to test it out and let us know if it works as intended.
