automatic subscription in mailman doesn't work!

    Hi,
    I'm really getting confused about this: I've created successfully a list in mailman under cpanel. I configured it so as to be necessary for the user to confirm when it asks for subscription.

    Well, when I send an e-mail (no matter from what mailserver, I've tried to mail from several e-mails) to the list: "listname-request@fbes.org.br", and with the subject "subscribe", simply nothing happens! Nothing at all. No answer, no subscription, nothing.

    On the other hand, if I send an e-mail to "listname-request@fbes.org.br" with subject "help", I get an e-mail back from mailman giving all the commands. It means that mailman is receiving the post, recognizes it as a command, and reacts accordingly. But for the "subscribe" command simply nothing happens.

    Does someone have any clue to help me out there?

    I'm running: cPanel 10.2.0-RELEASE 82; Mailman: 2.1.5p1;
