Hello,
With individual cpanel accounts, the cpanel software will automatically send a "disk space is 80% used" email to the customer.
However, for reseller accounts there does not appear to be anything similar.
We have constantly the situation where our resellers are using up their allocated disk space (or bandwidth) and then getting upset with us because we did not email them to warn them, etc.
We have instructed them that they can see their total disk/bw usage in the "Create new account" page.. but that is not good enough.
Is there any way to "pro-actively" check each resellers disk and bw usage, compare it against their allowance, and then email them if they are getting close to using up their limits?
Maybe an add-on module or something?
Thanks.
