automatically create email accounts

I have done this in the past, but for the life of me I cannot remember how I did it.

What I would like to do is automatically create an abuse and postmaster email accounts when I install a new domain using WHM.

So apart from creating the standard default account, I would like it to create the abuse and postmaster accounts as well.

Also would be nice when it creates them accounts, it sets a forward to the default user account, but that might be asking to much

ANY help would be great...
