On the SpamAssassin section of cPanel 10, it says :

"To simply have the server DELETE and NOT deliver emails that are tagged as spam by SpamAssassin, click here"

I've configured SA so that anything that scores over a certain number is to be tagged as spam, and I have enabled the option as above, to delete the emails at server level, but still the emails come through to me ?

    Any help much appreciated.

    Chris.

cPanel 10? If true, time for upgrades.

First, are you using cPanel 11 but only with the old X and X2 themes that say "cPanel 10" at the top? If so, please switch to X3. If you are on cPanel 10 (and thus do not have X3), you may want to upgrade.

I encountered this issue a few weeks back with a customer. Ensure that the score at which you set SpamAssassin to flag something as spam is less than or equal to than the threshold at which spam is deleted.

For example, if you set spam to be deleted at 5.0, but mail isn't flagged as spam until it reaches a threshold of 7.0, then mail with a score of 5.0 through 7.0 will still reach your inbox.
