Just had a new server set up a couple of weeks ago, and it seems the "Automatically Detect Configuration" to detect remote or local mail isn't working.
It works fine if the MX records are in cPanel, but if the client has their MX records set up with their domain registrar the records are not detected as either local or remote. It simply looks as though neither option is selected.
Anyone have any idea how to fix this?
