Automatically installing e107 etc when account is created

Hi there, we are wanting to offer hosting with certain systems preisntalled, ie e107, phpbb etc etc, i have had a look through and i can create the account with the files there in the /home/user/www folder, but where i am falling down is automatically creating the database and having it run the installer in the background, from what i can see this can be done, but i just need a little help with it
