Automatically parking domains on account creation

i'd like to automatically park a domain on a new account being created. is this possible?

i know i can edit the default DNS configuration, but creating a parked domain also requires adding a serveralias to the httpd.conf correct?

it would be as follows

%newaccountname%.staticsite.com

parked on the url of the new account being created

is this possible to set up?
