I wonder if this is possible with cpanel

I would like an autoresponder, that will autorespond based on a word in the subject email
and will reply with an email msg starting with the name header from the sender, i.e:

    subject:Re:..word in subject
    Dear NAME,

    ...

where NAME is the name from the emailer's email headers i.e if their name in their mail headers is Rick

    it should say

    Dear rick,
    ...

I don't know if this will help you, but here's the documentation for auto-responders from cPanel 11. Not terribly sure if this works in cPanel 10 as I haven't tested it myself in cPanel 10.

Hint: If you do not create a forwarder or email account with the same address as this auto responder,

When configuring an autoresponder you can use the following tags to insert information into the (sic.)

%subject% The subject of the message that was sent to the autoresponder.
%from% The sender of the message that was sent to the autoresponder.
%email% The sender's email from the message that was sent to the autoresponder.

I notice each time I use %from% it includes the first and last name as well as the email address, i.e

    dear %from%,

would show if for example the name was rick matt and email rick@example.com :

    dear rick matt <rick@example.com>,

Is there no way of just having the first name in a %from% field or another field that just pertains to the first name?

    Thanks
