Autoresponder Error

    Hi - I hope this is the right place for this...
    I set up an autoresponder a few weeks ago - webhost Bluehost [but our account is actually with BT and I use Outlook 2007 for emails]. I was disabling it on a Monday morning, and setting it to come on again on Friday. Last week, when I went to do this, the calendar wasn't showing, and I had the following error message;

    This might as well be in Martian as far as I'm concerned! Can anyone tell me where to go? I did attempt to delete and re-set the autoresponder, but I received the following;
    Code:
    HTTP error 401
    frontend/bluehost_dm.cgi
    You do not have permission to access this page.
    
    So I now don't know whether it's a fault with cPanel or Bluehost. As I don't seem to be able to contact either of them without an international phone call, I thought I'd start here.

    It seems you're using a custom style:
    Code:
    ./webmail/bluehost/mail/addars.html"
    Are you able to switch to the default Paper Lantern style?
    Top right corner of cPanel where you see your cPanel username should be a menu, on it, select Change Style.

    It might be worth checking to see if you can change style there and if the error is still present, after.

    You'll need to login to cPanel to change the style.

    My apologies. That area is the cPanel ticket system.

    I'm assuming you don't have root access to this server. Try a URL like this to login to your cPanel account properly:
    Code:
    https://your.server.com:2083/
    https://yourdomain.com/cpanel/

    I am having the exact same issues and I am not tech smart when it comes to this kind of things. Did you ever get this fixed and if so how?
