Autoresponder not working properly

I've set-up two autoresponders, but there's only 1 that's working. I've tested both autoresponders with different email sites such as Gmail, Yahoo Mail and Outlook but there's only one that's working. I tried to use Horde, Roundcube or Squirrelmail, and both responder email gets sent. I don't know what's wrong.

PS: The interval is set at 30 minutes.

Hello @Clar,

Your cPanel Access Level on your forums profile shows "Website Owner". If that's correct and you don't have root access to the server, then this is something you should report to your web hosting provider. They will be able to review the Exim logs to determine what exactly is happening to the missing automatic responses.
