I have been seeing that in some customer support emails they send you an automatic email with an identification code for the case of the user in the subject of the email, I would like to know how to do that, and if it is possible to do it with the Cpanel autoresponders.

Hey there! This isn't done through a standard autoresponder, but through a custom help desk system that is setup on their location, so you would need additional tools running on top of cPanel to provide this type of service. While I can't recommend anything specifically, a web search for help desk software will give you a lot of options to research.
