Thanks for the advice. I will look at .htaccess next time.

Now all I have to do is work out how I can secure users who try to access the cpanel login :2083 which doesn't yet seem to be secure (despite hostname and user domain now being secure)

OK looking forward to that. Meanwhile what is the best way to apply auto ssl / let's encrypt to the hostname - or is that something I will also have to wait for?
