AutoSSL is not what is was before. We get daily calls from angry customer that their website is down.
Do you have any ETA when Sectigo and you fixes all the issues?

And yes, we have tried LE also, but other issues/limits there aswell.

Before AutoSSL was pretty good, but now it's not usable at all!
Get that fixed before you plan any other new solutions to cPanel. cPanel is useless if there is none working SSL solution.

So your actually saying that AutoSSL is and will not get fixed?
So you will and can just remove this feature since it's not working as it should?

Do you have any plans at all for any other feature that can be usable like AutoSSL was before?

No, AutoSSL is still a *major* part of the cPanel product. I'm saying that the current default SSL provider, Sectigo, is likely not going to fix the issues they are having that is leading to this problem.

For now, the best thing to do is to switch to Let's Encrypt if you are having difficulty getting your certificates issued.
