    hi

I have a problem, autossl is not working, it keeps saying "does not resolve to any IPv4 addresses on the internet." the websites are woring fine. If I ping a website it's getting a relpay for a IPv4 address.

    hope someone can help me.

    Hello,

I am able to reach the sites without issue using dig +trace and curl requests. this leads to a potential misconfiguration on the server itself. Is the server NAT routed (meaning do you have a public/private IP?)

    Thanks!

    Hi @Webbice

Can you run the following and let me know the output?

    Code:
    cat /var/cpanel/cpnat
If it doesn't exist can you run the following:

    Code:
    /scripts/build_cpnat
If this needed to be generated can you also run the AutoSSL check once more and let me know if you continue to receive the same error?

    Thanks!

    Hi @Webbice

Which IP is in the apache configuration file? The local IP address or the public IP address? Also I just wanted to let you know that one of your posts was removed for including identifying information (the actual IP address) it's best to remove this information on public forums - instead you can replace with <privateIP> or <publicIP> which I did for you in one post.

    Thanks!

    Hi @Webbice

I noticed the ticket automatically closed in our ticket system and I was wondering if you identified whether or not the issue stemmed from a misconfiguration of the NAT routing as was suggested by the analysts?

    Thanks!
