    Hola ,

    Gracias.

    Hello,

Could you browse to "WHM >> Manage AutoSSL" and review the "Logs" tab to review the log for this account to see what's displayed when the AutoSSL renewal attempt occurs?

    Thank you.

    Hola,

    Gracias.

    Hello,

Could you confirm if this domain is added as an Alias, or as an Addon domain?

    Thank you.

    Hello,
I added this domain as an "Addon domain".
Was working fine until the certificate expired.

    Thank you.

PS: I assume the problem is that the main domain uses a purchased certificate but the additional domain uses autossl. But I'm not sure.

This is incredible! I rebooted the server and it fixed itself.

    Solved case.
