12:06:34 AM ERROR AutoSSL failed to request an SSL certificate for “site.com” because of an error: (XID yvjre2) The cPanel Store returned an error (X::PermissionDenied) in response to the request “POST ssl/certificate/free”: This partner does not offer free 90-day certificates

do you mean the provider I bought the cpanel license does not provide AutoSSL certificates ?

if yes, are there any other way to use AutoSSL ?

can letsencrypt manual instalation solve the problem ?

    Hello,

Yes, this means the reseller has disabled this on their licenses

You may be able to workaround this with the lets encrypt plugin, but you may also want to discuss this with your provider. It may be an oversight on their part or they may be able to provide a solution to this for you.

    Hi,

Thank you for the answer, I already use letsencrypt...

i already ask my licenses provider, but their answer was not clear...
so i still don't understand why they disabled it ?

are there any extra cost or what ?

    Hello @jdw_id

There is no extra cost for it, no. I, unfortunately, cannot answer the why question for them.
