    Hi,

A user on one of our cPanel servers noticed that AutoSSL does not automatically renew the server certificate for Apache; e.g. if I request https://myservername.mydomainname.ext/ it shows the cPanel issued certificate from last year (which is expired). All other services are working with the newer SSL cerficate though.

Does this need to be done manually? If so, how?

    Thanking you in advance.

    Hello,

Can you verify which version of cPanel is installed on this system? I believe this should work properly as of cPanel version 68.0.23:

Fixed case CPANEL-17154: SSL vhost for hostname.

Do you notice any error messages when running the /usr/local/cpanel/bin/checkallsslcerts command?

    Thank you.

The servers are running 68.0.30 (CENTOS 6.9 standard).

    Hello,

Could you open a support ticket using the link in my signature so we can take a closer look at the affected system?

    Thank you.
