I'm getting notifications about AutoSSL certificate expiry on suspended accounts on my server. Ideally I'd want AutoSSL to ignore accounts that are suspended, as they're suspended for a reason and shouldn't raise awareness of their certificates being/getting expired.

Is there a way to have AutoSSL skip suspended accounts?

I do this manually (if there is some way of automating it, I have missed it :( )

    1) WHM > Account Information > List Suspended Accounts >> make a note of the usernames

    2) WHM > SSL/TLS > Manage AutoSSL > Manage Users >> Disable AutoSSL for the usernames noted above.

    Hope this helps.

    Hello,

This is fixed in cPanel version 70:

Fixed case CPANEL-17548: Avoid sending SSL expiry notifications for suspended accounts.

    Thanks!
