Hello,

The "whm" subdomain is only automatically enabled on accounts with reseller privileges. You'd need to manually add the "whm" subdomain to an account that's not a reseller if you want to ensure AutoSSL sets up a certificate for it.

Can you verify if there's still no certificate assigned to this domain name? It looks like the request was processed and it was simply waiting for Comodo to issue the certificate (this can sometimes take up to 24 hours).

Thank you.

What does option reseller privileges? How to manually add the "whm" subdomain to an account? How to enable/disable Is SNI Required?

You can add "whm" as a subdomain using the "Subdomains" option in cPanel:

Subdomains - Version 66 Documentation - cPanel Documentation

If you want to enable WHM access to an account by making it a reseller, you can review the documentation at:

Reseller Center - Documentation - cPanel Documentation

SNI is required if the account is assigned a shared IP address. This is normal, and shouldn't lead to any problems.

Thank you.
