    Is it possible to have AutoSSL work with Add-On Domains? I have an account where the primary domain gains SSL without any trouble, but any additional domains in the account are not assigned SSL certs.

    For example: Account has:
    primary domain: domain1.com,
    and add-on domains:
    domain2.com = /public_html/domain2,
    domain3.com = /public_html/domain3,
    domain4.com = /public_html/domain4.

    Domain1.com gets the SSL, the rest are ignored by AutoSSL.

    Is there a way to make this situation work with AutoSSL, or what other method should be used?

    Thanks!

    Hello,

    Yes, AutoSSL works with addon domains. Could you review the AutoSSL logs and let us know the output when it attempts to obtain SSL certificates for the affected account? Information on AutoSSL logs is available at:

    Manage AutoSSL - Documentation - cPanel Documentation

    This thread will also help when troubleshooting the AutoSSL ordering process:

    Thank you.
