AutoSSL Renewal and Basic Authentication

Hi and thanks in advance for any details here.

I'm having an issue where our AutoSSL doesn't renew for sites with basic authentication.

I found a thread that mentioned to turn on "Use a Global DCV Passthrough instead of .htaccess modification (requires EA4)" in the Tweak Settings but unfortunately, that didn't help around renewal time.

Is there another configuration I need to check or is there possibly something I'll need to add to my vhost or htaccess file?

You may also find this third-party URL helpful if you choose to allow specific IP addresses to bypass the password requirement:
