AutoSSL Stops Working on Single Site

I have a site with a SSL certificate generated by AutoSSL which mysteriously expired a few days ago. Whenever I run AutoSSL it fails to create a new certificate for just that domain and variations of it. How is this possible and how do I fix it?

UPDATE: Partially fixed after excluding some subdomains (ex: mydomain.mymaindomain) and that has worked.
