awstat return error 404

Hi folks, I need your help.
I have 4 server with whm, and on each about 150 users accounts. All the servers have same WHM version 62.
On one server when I want to view awstat for some account I get error 404.

I try to disable and enable awstat from tweak settings. In error_log I don't have nothing for this.
All servers have same configuration.


Does anyone have some idea ?
