    edit /var/cpanel/cpanel.config
    search for CPU
replace the number (probably 0) with 3.
    execute /usr/local/cpanel/startup
    execute /scripts/runlogsnow

But you should note that say your stats stopped updating on 17th July, if you runlogsnow it will just skip all those missed days and start updating again from today.

This has happened to me every month. The ways stats work (or should I say don't work) in cPanel is a joke.

That doesn't sound right. Suddenly all of the date/time stamps in your logs vanish...c'mon.

If you knew how to change AWStats config and fix it yourself manually before the next run of AWStats you wouldn't be whining here.

Besides AWStats always been working for me since day one..

    Check this :

    1. Login to shell
    2. cd /home/username/tmp/awstats
    3. locate awstats.pl
    4. cp /usr/local/cpanel/base/awstats.pl .
    5. chown usrname:usrname awstats.pl
    6. perl awstats.pl - config=domain - update
    7. Check awstats in cpanel now.

Let me know if it fixs
