awstats daily chart show 0 for few days...help

    Hi,
    My awstats chart shows 0 value for 23th 24th and 25th on March, i just wonder if it is because the Cpanel license problem. Because before that im using cpanel trial license, and i believe it expired on around 23th or 22th. So i transfer another license from another ip to this current ip on around 24th. If the traffic doesnt catch in the report when cpanel license is expired, then how can i generate back the traffic on that few days? Please this is urgent because my boss relia very much on the statistic report.

    Have you tried runing the script :
    Code:
     ]# /scripts/runweblogs <username>

    yes i have tried but still 0 on those few dates, i start to worry wonder it will continue as 0 value for future, because until today 25th is still 0

    Also did you check if the logs are been saved in domlogs/ ?

    Its very difficult to say any thing from here, we can just asume.
    I will suggest you to either ask some one you can rely on and have a look into your box. Or place ticket with cPanel support.

    Stats.

    Yes I agree that after running the runwebalogs we can update the stats. But then after updating the stats also we cant recover the stats which are showing 0 hits and visit for the specified say.

    Any other suggestion. Waiting for it..:eek:

    Right about now you look out of luck. The poster above was true, I would also suggest checking your domlogs, aka

    grep "Mar 23" /usr/local/apache/domlogs/domain.com

    For the days your looking for. If you've processed future stats and nothing is there, it's probably missing entries from domlogs, and therefore gone.
