    Hi,
My awstats chart shows 0 value for 23th 24th and 25th on March, i just wonder if it is because the Cpanel license problem. Because before that im using cpanel trial license, and i believe it expired on around 23th or 22th. So i transfer another license from another ip to this current ip on around 24th. If the traffic doesnt catch in the report when cpanel license is expired, then how can i generate back the traffic on that few days? Please this is urgent because my boss relia very much on the statistic report.

Also did you check if the logs are been saved in domlogs/ ?

Its very difficult to say any thing from here, we can just asume.
I will suggest you to either ask some one you can rely on and have a look into your box. Or place ticket with cPanel support.

    Stats.

Yes I agree that after running the runwebalogs we can update the stats. But then after updating the stats also we cant recover the stats which are showing 0 hits and visit for the specified say.

Any other suggestion. Waiting for it..

Right about now you look out of luck. The poster above was true, I would also suggest checking your domlogs, aka

    grep "Mar 23" /usr/local/apache/domlogs/domain.com

For the days your looking for. If you've processed future stats and nothing is there, it's probably missing entries from domlogs, and therefore gone.
