My clients are unable to access AWStats.

    I have attempted /etc/rc.d/init.d/cpanel restart

    and /scripts/runweblogs

I have made sure that they were enabled in feature manager and in the packages used by the clients and all have awstats enabled but it just doesn't appear in the webstats area.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is still a problem, does anyone have anything else I can try?

I saw there is an option in WHM to disable AWStats. Check on "Server Setup" -> "Tweak Settings" -> "Stats and Logs" if AWStats is enabled.
