Awstats filter problem

A customer emailed me that they were looking for stats for July 2011 and nothing was showing for some searches.

In Awstats they go to the Viewed / Full List and type in a filter.

I tried this as well. The filter works for many terms and returns the relevant stats. But when searching for hs2 it came up with nothing. I changed the period to June 2011, and hs2 returned some pages.

So I checked the file awstats072011.domain.com.txt (replaced real domain name with domain.com) in their /home/user/tmp/awstats directory. If I search there for hs2 I see (among others)

/hs2_2010/hs2insulin.pdf 62 354 42100980

So I know there was activity in July 2011.

Any idea of what may be causing this error?

Hello Jay,

I would suggest opening up a ticket, since the reason this isn't showing up is going to be very account-specific and the awstats files and configuration will need to be checked to see what is happening. A ticket can be opened in WHM > Support Center > Contact cPanel or using the link in my signature.
