awstats not working for one account

I have looked through these forums for about an hour and have tried the /scripts/runweblogs username to no avail.

I recently had to rebuild a public directory for an account and for some reason awstats stopped working on this domain alone.

Any help will be appreciated.

I don understand what you mean by rebuild here.. How did you rebuid? through WHM? or manually removing the public_html and replacing from the backup? Did you set the permissions right for public_html ? It should be 750 and user.nobody group

Solution

Good morning;
The solution for this in case that, it were to edit the archive of configuration of awstats (/home/name_user/tmp/awstats/awstats.name_domain.conf) and to modify the value of variavel Logformat of 1 for 4. It does not forget to again generate logs with the command "/scripts/runweblogs nome_user"
