I would like to give someone in my dept access to the Awstats reporting but I don't want to give them full access server. Is there anyway for me to set this up?

    thanks.

Install a copy of awstats within your account & have the results copied to a public directory. There's no way at the moment to do this with the cPanel awstats install.
