WHM » Server Configuration » Statistics Software Configuration

How often is your Log Processing Frequency? You may have it set for 24 hours so it wouldn't occur again until 1:20pm today. You can reduce the number to process more often.

Apart from what Kdean told. You can also enable update stats from browser for that domain. An update button will appear in the awstats page and you can update the stats realtime.

edit the file /home/cpaneluser/tmp/awstats/awstats.domain.com.conf and change the below value to 1

AllowToUpdateStatsFromBrowser=1

AWStats probe tool from the command line:

$ perl webstats-prob-tool.pl
should give you an output like:

CPANELLOGD: Running
HTTPD CONF: Syntax OK
BLACKED OUT: Never (Allowed Time: 24 hours )
LOG PROCESSING RUNS EVERY: 24 hours
BANDWIDTH PROCESSING RUNS EVERY: 2 hours
KEEPING UP: Yes
CAN ALL USERS PICK: Yes
ANALOG: Disabled (Active by Default: Off)
AWSTATS: Available to Users (Active by Default: On)
WEBALIZER Disabled (Active by Default: Off)
LOGAHOLIC: Disabled (Active by Default: Off)

Yes, this is normal because statistics should only update every 24 hours by default. You can change the frequency of statistic updates via "WHM Home » Server Configuration » Statistics Software Configuration", however you do not want it to update too often because it could increase the load on your system.

Thank you.
