    Hi,

If awstats runs ever day the server gets load spikes ...which runs all account weblogs at a time .... try to enable "update now" option in browser only for need account as follows

    Edit file /home/username/tmp/awstats/awstats.domainame.com.conf

    set AllowToUpdateStatsFromBrowser=1

check if the cron for the stats are running. Change the value of extracpu in /var/cpanel/cpanel.config file to 5 and restart cpanel.

Glad I found this thread - had the same problem after migrating servers.

    I have a question though...
I've searched here but can't find a command to "restart cpanel"
Or do you mean reboot the server?

    TIA :)
