I've been getting the following error nightly with my auto-backups ever since our last WHM upgrade a few days ago:

Code:
Validation for transport “Backblaze Backup 2020” failed: Could not list files in destination: Cpanel::Exception::HTTP::Network/(XID ybx5k7) The system failed to send an <abbr title="Hypertext Transfer Protocol">HTTP</abbr> “POST” request to “https://api002.backblazeb2.com/b2api/v2/b2_list_file_names” because of an error: CODE :500: MSG :500 Internal Server Error:

{

"code": "internal_error",

"message": "incident id ba3f1fdbc555-d3b52c943776912c",

"status": 500

}
I tried creating a new key in Backblaze and going through all the settings again, but nothing seems to help. I also don't know if this is a WHM or Backblaze issue as of yet, but hoping you could help guide me in the right direction. Thanks!

Hey there! This seems like a Backblaze issue as they are the ones reporting the 500 error in that output. It does seem that https://api002.backblazeb2.com/b2api/v2/b2_list_file_names is responding when I checked just now, so could you try that again now and see if you still get the same error? You can force a backup to run at any time with this command:

Code:
/usr/local/cpanel/bin/backup --force

Thanks, cPRex. I tried to validate again and still get the 500 error. I went ahead and ran the forced backup and will update this thread when I get the results once it completes.

Looks like the 500 error is gone with the actual backup, so this might just be an issue with the validation now. As long as the backup works, I'm happy. :) Thanks!
