I am working on a script which will automate much of the configuration of a new cPanel webserver. As part of this, there are security options which I would like to enable (such as the mod_userdir tweak, open_basedir protection, etc) and I would like to do this by editing cPanel configurations so that they will be recognized and can easily be adjusted by the end user of the webserver. My question is...what configuration files are modified by these security scripts or how can I find out which files are modified?
