Excuse a dumb question from a complete newbie.

I have (had) an ecommerce site based on Wordpress. I am having problems with the host and can no longer access the site. I do have a complete site backup I made with Cpanel while I still had access (sql database & home directory). Does this have all the info I need to restore the complete site (including my store database) onto a new server at my new host? Unfortunatley I do not have access to Cpanel with my new host.

Any feedback or advice would be appreciated.

    Don

Yes wordpress only use mysql database and php files, so if you can get full dump of the database and your php files. You should be good. You might want to dump the database and download the php files and test on different host or any desktop vps
