I have a few domains hosted with Hostmonster that I want to move onto my VPS Cpanel - the Hostmonster domains are all but one subdomains where as I will want them to be full domains on the new VPS. Is there any way I can achieve this easily with backup and restore.

Also their version of Cpanel only offers Site Backup Pro - so far every attempt to back up fails. Even so I am concerned that this backup may not be compatible with the standard cpanel backup/migrate option.

Or should I just move each one manually. There are about 20 domains all very small.

    Hello :),

It's not possible to migrate your subdomain to main account from one cPanel server to other server with the cPanel migration scripts. You need to manually migrate your all domains one by one to new server.

Manual migration is the best way.. have you asked your VPS hosting provider I guess they can help you get this done faster for you.
