    backing up to disk

Hi. I have a website that I run using cPanel, and I want to backup all of my files, pictures, etc. from cPanel file manager to a CD-R disk(s). Is it possible to do that from cPanel, or from my FTP? I wanna back up everything from MySQL databases to files to photos to everything!

login to your cpanel and backup.. create a full backups(Generate/Download a Full Backup)... that will backup everything in your cpanel account...once the backup complete.. it will send you an email (which you have filed backup generating process).. then FTP to your site and download your backup file (you may locate this file out side (public_html)

For more support you should really speak to your web hosting provider - that's what you're paying them for :)
