    If you are moving your data to another cPanel server, then you can directly move your domains using the feature of Copy and account from another server from WHM.

    I know but there's no cpanel installed on new server. So i have to backup everything now (except OS files and such, just accounts,mysql database etc.)

    Some time later i'll get a new server and upload those backups.

    Can i do "/scripts/pkgacct username" for every user, then get a new server and install cpanel finally restore those backups? Will that work?

    Yes, you can backup all the accounts at once using the following script

    for i in `cat /etc/trueuserdomains | awk '{print $2}'`
    do
    /scripts/pkgacct $i;
    done;

    Backups of all the accounts will be created under /home directory.

    Yes; that is correct. Using the full account backup (e.g., "cpmove" archive) that is generated for each user from running "/scripts/pkgacct" you can later restore the same cPanel user accounts on a new system once the cPanel installation has completed.

    The command to restore via SSH access is as follows (assuming the backups are placed in a known location, such as the home directory path "/home/"):
    Code:
    # /scripts/restorepkg username
    WHM may also be used to restore the same cpmove (full account backup) archives via the following menu paths:
    WHM: Main >> Backup >> Restore a Full Backup/cpmove file
