Backup and Stats updated at the same time

WHM 11.28.87

I have "Prevent cpanellogd (Log Processing) and cpbackup (Backups) from running at same time." checked.

However, both processes run at the same time.

pkgacct - xxx - av: 3 - waiting for subprocess: 4151

/usr/bin/perl /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/awstats.pl -config=xxx.net -LogFile=/usr/local/apache/domlogs/xxx.net.bkup -update

Still same issue.

This can happen if it takes longer than 8 hours for the backup to complete. The next time this happens, could you provide the following information:

1. How long cpbackup has been running
2. Whether /var/cpanel/backuprunning exists
3. The result of this:

grep nocpbackuplogs /var/cpanel/cpanel.config
